I'm still weighing up between a Globemaster and an Aqua Terra as my first modern purchase, so have been doing some research into the history of the Aqua Terra sub-series. I spent many nights trying to decide whether I wanted to go with a new 2017 Aqua Terra or an old 8500 model. I also contemplated whether I should go with a 38.5mm or 41.5mm. The dealer told me that she thinks ATs are a sporty looking watch and she thought 38.5mm is a more conservative size.
I came in from out of the sun and noticed the the dial was glowing brightly even in dim light, so I ducked into my building's laundry room to get this shot. I love the color!
